Here’s what happened:

1. At 530am on Wednesday, September 7, 2011, I was outside on our patio, having a cigarette while the dogs were out in the backyard doing their morning business (you know what I mean). I happened to look up over the trees next door (as seen in the photograph), and noticed a bright, sparkling light hovering in the sky, directly to the SW of my position.

2. At first, I thought it was a bright star, or possibly a planet, since the dawn was breaking, and most of the stars had vanished, save for Venus and one other. However, the brightness & sparkling was really quite noticeable.

3. I then thought that the object was an airplane; living so close to Chicago, it’s not uncommon to see aircraft at all distances, and I wondered if this was the same thing, but wondered why it seemed to hover in the air. I then thought, well, maybe it’s flying towards me, and thus is only appearing to remain motionless.

4. Then, quite suddenly, a second object appeared, directly over the first one, shaped vertically, almost like a sail, or an uplifted rudder. I honestly was very puzzled, and thought I was seeing things. The second object also disappeared rather quickly.

5. I then realised that the object was rising, very, very slowly, through the air, up and to (my) right. It seemed to climb for a few seconds, then levelled off, and came back down! It took a long time to do so as well. I really got the impression that it was having difficulties, and, for some reason, also thought that it was an airplane being re-fueled in mid-air…I’m still not sure why.

6. At periodic intervals, the second object would appear, always on top, and always vertically aligned. It was really most puzzling. I had the strangest impression that it was reflecting light from the (not yet risen) sun, as it seemed to catch the glow from the east in that manner. But, again, it would always disappear after a few seconds.

7. I ran inside for my camera, and took several shots. I tried to capture the second object, but, alas, did not do so. I do have several images, one of which is attached to this email, highlighted with a red circle. The trees are approximately 50-60 ft tall, and about the same dimension away, in my neighbour’s yard.

8. The object remained in view from 530am until 6am, when I left for the gym; however, I lost sight of it as I drove away.

On the night of March 13 2011 at approximately 11:30 pm at my house in northwest Las Vegas Nevada I opened my back door which faces due north to smoke a cigarette. I stood in my doorway as I usually do and lit my cigarette. After I lit it I took a drag and immediately saw four very large red lights to my left in the western sky. They were approximately 1-2 miles away, 500 feet high (about 40 degrees), pill size, slightly pulsating, completely silent and travelling west (from left to right). The four lights seemed to be seperate objects travelling like a snake, perfectly spaced apart, following one another, taking as much space in the sky as if you held up two pencils in your hands with your arms extended out. I immediately realized that ive never seen anything as big or as fast. I believed I was looking at four possible UFO’s. They were moving so fast I knew I didnt have time to grab my phone to record it so I decided to just watch this amazing event. The objects banked left while dropping elevation and began heading north, passing through a small gap in a mountain range that is about 5 miles away that also goes from west to east. Immediately after the last red light was out of my sight, military jets came from the east and west, travelling side by side in pairs. About a dozen total. They were travelling very fast and were very loud flying back and forth as if they were looking for these objects. I saw the lights for about 10 seconds or so and the jets were in the sky for about 3 minutes and then flew off. I didnt notice any other aircraft while the lights were visible. I truely believe I saw four unidentified flying objects that were bigger and faster than any man made objects that were followed by many military jets that were looking for these objects. I believe the entire event took about 4 minutes.

I went out my back door to smoke a cigarette and noticed something flying from behind a line of trees. I first thought it was a small aircraft as we do have an airstrip in town and often have small airplanes flying around. However, this was just like a strip of lights and then just vanished after a few seconds of flying in a straight line. At about arms length I would say it was about 2 inches. My little girl was outside with me and even asked me “what happened?”. I waited about 5 minutes then went in to give my two girls a bath. After about 10 minutes my mother came downstairs and came in the bathroom..I immediately told her that I saw a UFO..she was shocked because her and her husband just came back from a walk and she had just seen what she described as something burning, falling from the sky.

i it was a night like any other,i stood on my doorstep to have a cigarette at 2.00 am, i looked at the stars like i always do and noticed that one “star” appeared to be moving, after letting my eyes adjust i witnessed the star like object split into two but still apeared to be connected by a shaft of light, the objects then moved through the sky erratically before coming to a standstill, the object then repeated the process again and again for hours, through out the sky there were much smaller objects travelling in groups at an incredible speed between the bigger, brighter objects, amongst all this, i noticed two star like objects, with a yellowish glow and a red light, these objects were emitting arcs of light in unison, this continued untill the sky became light, the objects were still there but not very visible due to the sky becoming lighter, my girlfriend was a witness to my initial sighting, we were both stunned to witness this event, i am not usually the kind of person to make a fuss but this was too strange to go unreported, i would appreciate it if this message was acknowledged.

I went outside to smoke a cigarrete and looked up in the notheast part of sky , sky was clear lots of stars and planes flying to the south and south west , looked up to north east sky and saw a small white but very bright light up in the stars, much to far away to be a plane, alos there was no blinking lights and it had a sparadic flight not like a plane it seemed to slow at times then speed up as it went south I yelled to my roomates and said there is something flying up in the stars, they took thier time thinking i was crazy but as soon as i showed the fisrt roomate, she herself saw what i was seeing a white light moving amoungst the stars, then she went in with me i went back out side and tred to find it in the same area however now it was going back north east i showed my roomates husband the light and he was speechelss , I pointed out the planes flying in same area and their blinking lght and the hight at wich they are flying, I lost sight after it went back north , I saw it fo ra total of 5-7 min wich is a long time to study how it flew, I am certan it was a ufo of some kind, if not any clue to what it was?

My common-law wife went outside for a cigarette in our backyard around 11 pm Wednesday night August 17,2011. Within 2 mins of her being outside she called for me very excitedly to come outside quickly. I went outside, looked up and saw an extremely bright object slowly traveling Eastward over our house. She thought it was simply a satellite until it brightened like the full moon and called me out. The way the light shined was periodically in a diamond shape or cross shape. It was completely silent. I ran inside the house to get my binoculars. I came out and pointed my binoculars and could see the object was a sphere. Oddly, it did not have wings or have any flashing lights. The light appeared to emit from within the object. I decided to run back in for my android phone to record it (all the while my wife was outside the entire time observing). I came back out and saw the object start wobbling or zigzaging but remaining in it’s original path (the object was moving in a relatively constant, slow speed). I held up my phone to start recording but the object began to dim. I pointed my binoculars to view the object and could see the light dimming within. Seconds before it disappeared it turned a reddish colour. I could see the outline much better but the object seemed to get smaller. I could still see the object but then it disappeared as I had it viewed in my binoculars. We went through all possibilities of what it could of been and it was not an asteroid, shooting star, plane, helicopter, balloon, latern, lightning, space debris, etc(I have an extensive aviation and astronomy background). The feeling we felt was anxiety and excitedness. We did not want it to go for some reason as we watched it. We had an awstruck emotion toward it. It felt as if the object was purposeful in it’s movements and was deliberate in it’s actions. We could not stop thinking about it for a long while after.

Stepping out of my house to have a cigarette. The light object was coming from the south. Just like a star bright stedy light. It was coming from the South direction heading North a bit to the east. Going slowly and no sound at all. Light was very bright and low alost like the altitude of a helicopter. This was not a helicopter. After stairing at it moving after about 30 – 40 seconds, it changed color to an orange redish color for about 5 seconds and began dimming fading to black to what looked like a black shadow and disapears. Sky had no clouds so it did not hide behind a cloud. It seemed to have past over Clark road in the Northwest area of Orlando close to Ocoee. At first I wasnt sure of what it could be, I couldnt take my eyes off of it because I was curious what it could be.

Every morning, I wake up very early and drink some coffee and go out on my deck and ususally smoke a cigarette or two. I like to look at the stars and constellations ocassionally, especially when the the seasons change. This morning, I was looking up and saw two, dull white objects following each other. They were up very high, maybe even in outer space. They were identical, just a dull white glow. No blinking lights, just appeared round. The first round object caught my eye. It was round, like a dot. But at one time, it seemed to be unsteady for a second or so. The object behind it looked just like the first one, but was on a “mechanical driven” course behind it. What I mean was, it seemed driven to follow the other one. After these past thru the tree line I could not see them any longer. But these objects were in space, or the highest of earths space. I have never seen anything so strange before.

It was around 6:15 pm when I went outside to check on my solar battery charger and I noticed a really bright light above my neighbors house. It caught my attention because it was so bright. It looked like Jupiter but brighter. It wasn’t twinkling like a star but staying a constant brightness like a planet. I thought it was odd but figured it was a planet and went back inside even though it was giving me an odd feeling. About 20 minutes later I went outside again to smoke a cigarette and it was still there. Again I was surprised at how bright it was. I went back inside and asked my girlfriend to look out the window at it but now it was flashing a reddish orange color instead of staying a bright white. I got online to check and see if there were any planets or stars in the Western sky that would explain it. After about five minutes of searching and finding nothing I looked back out the window and it had moved. It was really weird. It was almost 7:00 pm now and the thing started to move, very slowly, to the southwest. I freaked out. I got in my truck and drove down the road to get a better look because the trees were blocking it. BY the time I parked down the road and got out of my truck it was gone. I’ve never seen anything like this before. PIcture the brightest star you’ve ever seen hovering in place for around thirty minutes then it suddenly changing colors and moving. It was very strange and a little exciting to be honest. I know what planes look like(I live about 10 miles from a small airport) and I know what helicopters look like as well. This was not a plane or helicopter. This was my first time experiencing something so strange. I’ve been going in and out of the house all night now looking at the sky to see if I can see it again but I haven’t seen anything but the usual planes flying over head. Again this looked like a super bright planet that started flashing colors and then flew away. It was crazy! I took two pictures but they came out horrible. I’ll attach them anyways.

I was on the back deck at my home with my fiance, we were just outside smoking a cigarette. I looked past the treeline and said that it looked like someone lit a balloon on fire or something. As it got closer i couldn’t identify it so I went ahead and used my smart phone to film it. It was originally kind of just a joke. After I zoomed in thats when I got a little creeped out. We watched it over and over until we decided to see what others thought. Surprisingly withing 24 hours it had been spread all over the internet. I contacted the local news (WSIL channel 3) that night. They called the next morning wanting to see the video, So I sent it to them. I haven’t heard back from them.

I honestly don’t know what it is. Everyone keeps saying its a japanese lantern. All the video of those lanterns that I have researched all seem to go strait up… this is steady and slow.

It then went off to the other side of the tree line and thats when we lost sight of it.
