UFO Over Lees Summit….Amazing Sight!

I was setting on my Deck in Lees Summit about 8-9pm on the 4th/Oct when I saw a HUGE V-Shaped craft flying south directly over me. I mean right above me which seemed like 500 feet or so. Its kinda hard to tell at night but this UFO was bigger than a NFL football field easily. It was going at an incredible slow pace and very low. It was so low I could hear a very slight HUM coming from it as its usually very quite outside at that time. I know many say they are quite but I could hear something. I could see many blue & white lights blinking at times but at times they were solid. I could also see what seemed to be 6 dark circles underneath (3 on each side) of the V-Shape what I believed to be the engines or turbines. Again very quite with a very slight hum. As it flew south it stopped and just hovered for a couple of minutes the turned to the left and went east for I say 5 miles then it turned again very abruptly in a very sharp L shaped turn. I knew no plan or helicopter can do that so it was a UFO—FOR SURE!. Then it slowly moved north at about 40-50 miles an hour until it it seemed like it was about 15 miles away then all of a sudden dropped down out of site. I will watch the skies every night around that time as I am not the only one who saw this. On a side note: This is the second time I have seen a UFO. The other time was in the late 60′s early 70′s in Mission Kansas. Are UFO’s real? You bet they are! There are billions of stars and planets out there. Do you really think we are the only one with life on it? Anyone who thinks other wise are blind.

I WAS GETING READY FOR BED. I HEARD IT `ISTILL CANT BELEVE IT.I HAVE VIDEO PROOF TO SHOW IT . IVE BEEN AN OUT FIELD NIGHT WATCHER FOR A WHILE. BUT I DONT WANT TO BE THE ONE THAT SAY. WITH MY FINGER I SEEN IT RIGHT THERE. I HAVE SOME REAL FOOTAGE THAT THE WORLD. WOULD POBBILE CRAP.IF INTRESE

Observed stationary object, as I moved closer it arose, hovered then silently and slowely moved away and just disappeared.

Happened in 1951 or 1952 while riding my bike. I was approximately 6 years old at the time. I approached a terraced pasture from a wooded area where I had stopped. Upon the highest terrace I observed an object that I thought to be some kind of airplane sitting stationary in the tall grass. As I approached the object, and before I was able to get within approximately 100 hundred feet, the object arose, hovered briefly then moved away from me.. slowly at first then when it had gotten maybe 500 yards away it just disappeared. I was unable to tell anyone exactly what shape it was, but best guess it was oval. Also, it had what appeared to be windows, however all I remember seeing were probably just darker portions of the body of the craft. I remembering that I couldn’t understand why I wasn’t hearing any sound of an airplane. When I went up to the landing place all the tall grass was very flat and seemed to be swirled around in a circle. I remember riding my bike around inside that circle before I rode home to tell my dad and grandmother. And, later excitedly told my mom when she got home from work.

Small red star moved in non star like manner.

After my first observation on the previous night, I have spent more time looking skyward to see if I can identify another �moving star.�

At the noted time, I saw a small red star begin to move and travel a few degrees Eastward. It then curved slightly to the South for several degrees before returning to its original Eastward direction. It then stopped abruptly and did not move again. This star was fairly dim and not very noticeable. Total travel was around 10 degrees. It was nearly directly overhead and looked like any other normal star before during and after movement.

I went inside to warm up and returned outside for a check on the stars position. Being as the star was so dim, I could no longer find it among the other stars, so its location was now uncertain.

At this point I checked the green Southern star that I had seen move the previous night. It appeared in its normal position and had tracked through its normal range of movement, at least as far as I could tell.

2 Bright lights flying and stopping before disappearing

It was Christmas Eve, me and my family were outside smoking in the cold. I seen that my neighbors were outside as well. They walked over with their 3 young kids and asked if we were outside looking at what was in the sky. We didn’t know until they came over to show us two bright orange red objects in the sky flying next to each other, then stopping. I took my iPhone out to record them and bought a good 25 sec of them before going inside to get the rest of my family to show them so they didn’t think me and my cousins were crazy. My neighbor had told me that their were a lot of people pulled over on the main road near my house looking at these objects. They then disappeared, until a half hour later another one came along doing the same thing, flying and stopping, flying and stopping. Very strange, and I am one not to fall for ufo stories or what not. I uploaded my video to youtube, and submitted it to many blogs and sites so I can get more of an understanding from people who study this stuff. I would love to hear your input on this.

Silver object captured in picture on the left side just above the tree branch

I discovered this silver object just above the branch and to the left of the tree after I had come in from taking the two pictures. I was standing at my front door facing west to get pictures of the snow to email to my husband who was out of town. When I zoomed in on the object I noticed that it had an unusual shape. In the second picture it had change it shape or direction but was in the same general location. We live just to the south west of a US Army Post. We have a lot of military craft fly over but they are all painted dark green or black and make a lot of noise. There is also a small air field to the south of me but all of the planes that go over from there make a lot of noise. I didn’t hear anything. It seems too shinny to be a bird. I was wondering if you could tell me what it might be.

I nor anyone I was with remember the event , wich in itself concerns me.

Day trip to the mnts. 4 or 5 of us. We all felt like we werent up there for as long as the clock was saying. My brother had to get to work by 4pm. He was worried about being late all day, so I know we didnt just let it slip by. About two weeks later I was reviewing some pic on my camera and found the craziest picture. At first I wondered what it was I was photographing. The pic was just trees the side of a cliff and the sky, but when my eyes saw what I thought they saw my jaw dropped. To the right of the picture are two beings I understand you call greys. One is holding what appears to be some sort of testing device, and the other is directly behind the first. looking straight at me. creepy. I can remember the exact spot where I parked my jeep, I can remember my girlfriend asking why I was stopping, and I remember leaning on my jeep while I took this picture. I can not remember seeing it though. I havto have seen it. why else would I take a picture of the hill! Another thing, knowone else remembers anything. I have been up there twice since. the last time was about two weeks ago. The dirt road is now blocked half way up. If you google (green mnt. road washington you will see half the mnt. when you get to the point on the road I took the picture,its blacked out. I will be going back up soon to see what else I can remember, and to see what I can find.

Was driving home from my parents house after Thanksgiving dinner around 9:25. They live on top of a mountain overlooking the eastern part of Candlewood Lake. I came over a rise about 1/3 miles from the house and saw two red lights to the southeast about 20 to 25 degrees off the horizon. I drove about another 1/3 mile to a clearing where I had clear view to the east, south, and west. That’s when I saw more clusters of red lights to the south and west. They appeared to come straight at my position from the southwest and arced to the southeast and disappeared, coming the closest about one mile from my position. There were over 15 lights in loose clusters of 3 to 4 lights per cluster moving independently from oneanother. The lights were not attached to any solid object, I could see stars between the lights. The lights were about 20 times larger than navigation lights on airplanes. I observed them for about four minutes, during that time the lights were consistent in size and shape. They didn’t pulsate, flicker, change color, or make any sound.Their speed was roughly about 60 to 80 mph. After about three minutes of observing I called 911 and was connected to a Brookfield CT dispatcher to see if anyone else was watching the lights. He said know one has. As I was talking to the dispatcher the last cluster of four lights were passing to the south of my position. At that time a private jet passed over my head at roughly 5000 feet, traveling from the south and going north. At that time the jets engines were the only mechanical sounds I was hearing. The night was crystal clear and the temperature was about 35 degrees. Visibility was excellent almost to the horizon and there was no wind.

Approx. 8:45 p.m. on Oct. 22, my husband and I saw a very bright red “glowing” red object in the sky outside of our home. It was moving north to south laterally but making no sound whatsoever. It resembled a chinese lantern but was much larger (like an aircraft) and higher in the sky. Unlike a glowing lantern or balloon, this object did not ascend. It moved laterally (south to north). My husband usually has an answer for everything, but not for this. Unless it was a blimp flying late at night, we are very perplexed!!! Ironically, upon doing a search, there were other similar sightings (the 10/18 Munster, IN, sighting on your website) and a 10/8 Crown Point, IN sighting found on UFO’s Northwest.com. We would love to know more about this!
